Considered the best jiu-jitsu athlete of american descent of all times, Rafael Lovato Junior made history twice in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, first by being the first non Brazilian to win the Brazilian National Championship in 2007 as a black belt, and later writing his name in the tournament’s history books by winning the open weight division for the first time also in 2013. He was also the 3rd American to win the World Championship in the black belt division.

In this course Rafael Lovato Jr. teaches guard passing giving students valuable information on his best passing techniques, including his signature half guard passes.
